You don't have to place your pictures to be a part of it - pictures are needed only in order to qualify as a winner.

You don't have to do "extreme bodybuilding" - simple bodyweight exercises can help you lose weight and reshape. You can do them at home.

What you DO get is amazing support of other motivated people, the motivation that just keeps you going when you would have given up by yourself.

Also, you get access to the simplest and most intuitive meal plan software on Internet to help you with your eating. I was privy to be a tester of it as Tom needed an input from vegan community. I never saw anything better than what he has built.
