I was a plus size teen.

Being a plus size teen is no easy feat - the constant taunt and teasing from classmates can be really demotivating - most of the time.

When I started college, I was determined to lose *some* weight. So I started exercising everyday. As I was not a meat lover, I survived most days only on vegetables and carbs.

A lot of people told me that my method of losing weight is wrong, and that I need sufficient proteins. I got onto the net and did a fair share of research and ended up with my own personal weight loss non-meat list of food.

1. Soya Bean
2. Tofu (I love Thai style fried Tofu!)
3. Bread with Peanut Buttter
4. Salad with all types of nuts
5. Strawberry milk shake
6. Corn
7. Cheese
8. Yogurts
9. Cereals
10. All kinds of vegetables

With all these listed above, you don't even have to worry about getting bored with your food choices!

Eating healthy have amazing effects especially if you pair it with a healthy work out regime.
