Cabbage Hemp Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 cups red and green cabbage, shredded
- 2 tbsp hemp nuts
- 3 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp hemp oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil (do not add if aiming to lose weight)
- 1 tsp ginger juice
- 1 tsp Celtic salt or 1/2 tsp other salt
Directions:
- Shred the cabbage and combine with salt in the mixing bowl.
- Massage salt into the cabbage and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
