French green pea recipe - high protein

This green pea recipe comes from France - simple and low in calories, it also is a high protein vegetarian dish. Meals like this are a cornerstone of a highly effective fat loss system that I follow, called Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle. Macronutrient ratio in this meal is 60-20-20, meaning 60% carbs, 20% protein, and 20% healthy fats. It is highly suitable for the couples where one person is a vegetarian, and another one is a carnivore. Oftentimes, such couples end up cooking separate meals. In this case, they can share. Enjoy this French recipe as is, in a pita, or as a side dish with tofu or poultry.
