Kale chips
Have you ever heard of kale chips? They may be your next favourite snack when you are on a healthy diet. Dried and baked kale stores well in a ziplock bag, so you can also use kale chips in your cooking when raw kale is not available. Kale chips are a very low carb and high protein vegetarian snack.
I prefer kale chips made with a dehydrator, because dehydrating preserves the most vitamins in a raw kale chips recipe. To make dehydrated kale chips, instead of a stove, place them into the dehydrator for about 16 hours. If you don't have a dehydrator, you can enjoy these baked kale chips ready in just 10 minutes.
