Food Health And Safety: how do you deal with the news about food pollution and contamination?

Food health and safety worries many of us, especially parents of little children. How do you  choose to deal with the never-ending stream of bad news about pollution and contamination of our food supply? Is it even possible to action on everything we hear and learn? In my recent newsletter, I shared one way that many people employ to save their sanity. It is called "well informed futility syndrome."

I can certainly be diagnosed with it.  You can read more about it in my recent newsletter: Are you a victim of well informed futility syndrome, too? This newsletter was my reflection upon  strong reaction of subscribers to my warning about meat contamination with Staph.

What food-related issues worry you?

How do you deal with negative news about our food supply? Do you believe in well-informed futility syndrome?
